Looking to run a well-established and warm Permanent Recruitment Desk? With the opportunity to earn bonus straight away, with no thresholds to meet for the first 6 months? Would you like to work for a global recruitment organisation that provides formal training, the opportunity to train for REC qualifications, personal development and potential promotional opportunities? Our well established and busy branch in the Andover town centre is looking to recruit an enthusiastic member to join our team in November 2019, to cover a busy and successful Permanent Desk for approximately 9 months. After this period, there may well be further internal opportunities within other areas of the business, due to continual growth and expansion. PERMANENT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (Maternity cover, up to one year) Andover Town Centre c. £20 - £27K, plus commission (realistic OTE of £35,000), 22 days holiday, rising by 1 day a year, plus Birthday holiday This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our successful team, focusing on permanent placements across all industries and sectors. This position is taking on a busy, well-established desk, which requires a mixture of both sales and good servicing, with a strong focus on candidate abilities and business development. If you are target driven, with attention to detail, have a strong desire to succeed and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly team, then this role could be for you!
