Role: Permanent Recruitment Consultant (360 Degree Sales & Resource) Basic Salary: c. £20,000 - £25,000 Basic (with a bonus scheme offering a 1st Year Potential OTE of £35,000) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (with additional hours as required by the business) Benefits: Laptop, Mobile, Bonus Scheme, Quarterly & Annual Awards, Online & In-store Discounts scheme, Mileage Allowance, Free Parking. Duties: Offering a True Professional Consultancy Service to clients & Candidates alike Consulting with both Clients & Candidates effectively to understand their needs Business Development - Developing Long Term Relationships / Rapports with current Clients & potential Clients Resourcing & Attracting Candidates for our Clients vacancies using the latest innovative recruitment techniques Screening CV's & matching Candidates to our clients Job Specifications / Specified Criteria Selling Recruitment services into clients / prospective clients Quoting for business & Negotiating deals with prospective clients / current clients Registering & Interviewing Candidates Advertising Vacancies across a multitude of media's Job Boards, Social Media, Press, Radio, Aboard etc.. Add on Services such as; Salary Bench-marking & Market Intelligence data gathering for Clients Delivering true Customer Service & Satisfaction The ideal candidate: Experienced in one or all of the following industry sectors (desirable); Industrial, Commercial, Technical & Engineering, Energy & Senior Appointments Driven, Innovative & Passionate Individual with the ability to stretch boundaries / think outside the box Recruitment / Sales / HR / Customer Service Background Industrial, Commercial, Engineering, Technical or Senior Appointment placement experience (a benefit) Understanding of Legislation guidelines; GLA, REC code of conduct, ALP etc..
