ROLE DESCRIPTION: Key Deliverables • The delivery of high quality hires at all levels, on time and against stated demand. • High levels of satisfaction with the quality of candidates. Activities include the following: • Internal stakeholder relationship management • Sourcing – research/competitor analysis, e-recruitment (job boards and associated databases), social media, networking, referral (solicitation and management), headhunting etc. • Search, selection, interviewing, offer management and closing of candidates. • Knowledge management and competitor intelligence, including talent identification and salary benchmarking. • Support of recruitment demand planning in partnership with practice management. The jobholder will have : • Daily contact with the practice leaders and hiring managers. • Daily contact with the Recruitment Manager. • Regular contact with a variety of other business and corporate stakeholders. • Regular structured contact with new hires (new hire referral meeting to solicit referrals) Culture: values and ‘norms’ surrounding the job • There is an absolute focus on meeting demanding hiring targets. • Team working, consultation and co-operation are ongoing and important objectives. • Results driven, high energy and resilience are important characteristics. Qualifications PRIOR EXPERIENCE: • Strong track record of delivery within technology recruitment gained in research, search, agency and/or in-house functions. • Strong knowledge of IT recruitment markets. • Proven success in developing and managing broad stakeholder and customer relationships. • Proven experience of sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates through direct recruiting channels – research, networking, advertising etc. • Experience of utilising either in-house or external research support is beneficial.
