Principal Recruitment Consultant Bloomsbury, London (WC1H) Basic up to £35k + Car Allowance, with uncapped commission and excellent OTE Wanted! If so, you may just want to read on… About the Role The Principal Recruitment Consultant role represents a senior sales position within our business and contributes significantly towards shaping and steering future sales growth. You will combine your role providing recruitment solutions to clients within engineering markets, with a coaching and mentoring role for ATA's team of growing trainee recruiters, whom we are looking to add around you! Key tasks associated with the Principal Recruitment Consultant role include; * B2B sales to exec level clients * Delivering supplier presentations to secure work * Attending review meetings and producing service reports * Identifying medium and long term sales prospects * Delivering to work won incorporating volume campaigns and business critical hires * Contributing to PQQ, RFI, ITT responses * Assisting colleagues' business development activity * Supporting the coaching and training culture through the delivery of skills workshops With a clear succession plan into management roles, the Principal Recruitment Consultant role is the proving ground for our future leaders and a position where we encourage and support you to grow a sales team of your own. About You You will be a proven recruitment sales professional with demonstrable experience in delivering recruitment services (permanent or contract) from an agency environment, preferably to technology, construction or engineering markets. As a high achiever, you will have a thorough understanding of recruitment best practice and what is required to become a top performer and be able to lead others towards similar successful outcomes. You will be a 'team player' who will provide support and guidance to colleagues to facilitate the sales growth of the London office and have an aspiration to grow a team of your own! You must be engaging and personable, with a limitless amount of inner drive to achieve great things for yourself. Oh, and a sense of humour is a must – recruitment is tough, so we want to work with colleagues who can still wear a smile on the days it doesn’t quite go to plan!
