Job Title: Principal Recruitment Consultant Salary: Up to £30,000 + £4.8k car allowance OTE £70,000 uncapped commission Location: Dudley Role: We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant with the ability to thrive within our fast moving sales environment. To deliver an exceptional recruitment service to all our clients and candidates. To achieve personal GP sales targets and assist the team in exceeding company sales targets through developing successful and long term business relationships with both candidates and clients All candidates must have: * Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience,ideally gained within IT or Engineering (however, we welcome applications from consultants with a successful track record in other sectors). * Be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and also development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). * Ability for new business generation and account management / delivery. * Any experience of selling value-added services such as managed services, retained business or managing agency solutions is advantageous.
