Job Description

You will engage and manage relationships with schools, colleges, training/community providers and key delivery partners to deliver recruitment and promotional activities to reach the target number of programme participants. Able to undertake duties outside of normal working hours * Actively work with schools, colleges, local authorities and other key stakeholders and others that engage with 15-17 year olds * Identify and engage with key contacts to ensure a year round suite of recruitment and engagement events and delivering presentations and reporting key information afterwards * Engage with parents/guardians to ensure they have a full understanding of the programme and its benefits * Process documentation from recruitment events in a timely and accurate manner and ensure GDPR is adhered to in all matters * Encourage those expressing interest to convert to a full sign up * Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets as set by your line manager * Monitor number of sign-ups and adjust recruitment plans accordingly * Attend meetings reporting key information as required * Embed the Quality Framework into all recruitment and engagement activities * Any other duties as reasonably requested You will need to display the following personal attributes: * Experience and knowledge of delivering recruitment needs * Experience of youth engagement * Ability to work towards targets and a proven track record of achievement * Excellent presentation and communication skills, delivering to large audiences * Influential and persuasive in an effective and engaging manner, relating well to people from diverse backgrounds, engaging them in activities that support their development * Demonstrate sensitivity, confidentiality, an understanding of the principles of equality and diversity and an understanding of the principles of safeguarding and health and safety in a youth setting * Excellent interpersonal, administrative and IT skills and knowledge of data inputting and working with a CRM system
