The Opportunity / Role – Technical Project Manager Supporting the Program Director, you will be responsible for; Managing and delivering technology change within their clients. You will use project management methodologies to ensure a smooth and professional approach to technology change. Your Responsibilities Working within the companies Tec team, managing client engagements from kick-off to close Prepare and maintain project schedules, including developing and assigning tasks Monitor project task progress to identify potential slippage, or opportunities to accelerate implementations Develop customer relationships Working with and supporting the Programme Director to deliver recruitment technology / change management projects. For example: CRM, CV Parsing, Job Board Posting, Data Analytics projects etc. Work with customers and the assigned project team members on identification, documentation, and resolution of all implementation issues and risks. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Manage the financial aspects of the implementation project, including expenses, timesheets, budgets, and contract completion terms. Maintain client satisfaction, and team revenue goals Work with the customer’s project team Customer relationship management, including collaboration with sales and product support to successfully deliver the project while managing expectations Enhancing our current project delivery methodology A team player with the ability to have fun – Important! The Candidate The Ideal candidates will have Solid understanding of business analysis and project management. You must have experience of managing multiple projects. Proven experience of managing and delivering technology / software projects from discovery to hand over. Proficient in Project Scheduling and Project Lifecycle best practices Developing and documenting client and project requirements Analysing a business to build and document a clear understanding of how the client currently operates Identify process improvements Ability to identify, recommend and document business process improvements Build requirements documents that will be used to source new technology Project Management Qualification (Prince2 or equivalent) An engaging, positive, fun personality, that can communicate information in a simple, yet effective manor The attitude of a self-starter and be able to manage your time and diary effectively The flexibility to travel throughout the week, with 2-3 nights away from home The offer • Salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience) • Company Laptop • Company Smart phone • Company Incentives / Benefits • Fun working environment
