Project Manager (HR, Recruitment, Business Change) We are recruiting for a Project Manager (HR, Recruitment, Business Change) to join the projects team of a large UK FTSE 100 IT Solutions Provider, to work within an existing and expanding Projects Team based in the City of London. The primary focus of the project team is to support and develop strategies to enable recruitment and client service excellence and create innovative solutions to promote best practice across the business and provide a platform for continuous improvement. The role of the Project Manager will be to support the Internal Recruitment teams in the delivery of project related work. Responsibilities for the Project Manager (HR, Recruitment, Business Change) * Identify areas of process improvement and drive change to implement these improvements * Management of multiple implementations or improvement projects internally and for clients * Support a client-focused culture in the team and ensure that continuous improvement and excellent customer experience are at the heart of all activity * Defining project roles and responsibilities, creation of project documentation such as PIDs, Project Plans and RAIDs, tracking progress against plan, leading risk and change assessment, project assurance activities and project closure * Manage ATS Implementation projects including the agreement of scope, requirements gathering, solution design, documenting specifications, configuration, data uploads, testing and delivery * Work with stakeholders to design and implement solutions and provide bespoke consultancy for candidate and recruitment delivery strategies and project plans. * Creation of processes to influence the Divisional Directors, senior management and key stakeholders to use the internal processes, driving an understanding of compliance and risk. * Partnering with the business to review and define resourcing needs and developing short, medium and long-term recruitment strategies to meet client requirements Experience for the Project Manager (HR, Recruitment, Business Change) * Proactive and solution driven Project Management and methodology experience/exposure * Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes * Experience delivering processes and specialist requirements into a large Blue-Chip organisation * A consultative approach with strong communication skills * Good organisational skills, including experience of liaising with a multi-departmental organisation * Strong relationship management skills * Strong administration skills * Extensive operational recruitment experience * Ability to analyse and identify trends
