Due to continued success and business growth we are looking for a Project Manager to take responsibility for software delivery across the business. This is a really exciting time to join networx, we have high levels of demand for our innovative and highly configurable software which means we need a technically savvy and customer focussed manager to join our team. This position is key in managing projects for new and existing clients, often from the initial concept, straight through to implementation. This will include full system configuration, adding different modules, new functionality and / or design changes. As our client’s requirements are all unique and changeable, someone who can work to differing needs and changing priorities is essential. Working closely with a range of departments, including IT, Design, Marketing and HR, you will have lots of input into developing existing processes as well as offering new ideas to guarantee projects are delivered to the highest of standards. We are looking for someone who can really understand our customer requirements and work with them through software development, implementation, web design and training to ultimately ensure the successful delivery of all projects as well as complete client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be an experienced Project Manager that brings the necessary skills to review and improve existing methods and processes. You have the ability to work at a strategic level with senior management as well as getting involved in the detail and delivery requirements of individual projects. Some travel will be expected so you must have a full UK driving licence and a vehicle that is available for work purposes.
