Project Manager (NHS or Temp Recruitment) to c£40k + bonus, based Warrington. This successful financial and accounting services company is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to manage the implementation of state-of-the-art Workforce Procurement software solutions into NHS Trusts which provides significant cost savings. THE PERSON It is essential that the Project Manager has previous experience of NHS processes or has experience of Payroll/Temporary Workforce software solutions within a recruitment agency environment. • 2 years+ successful Project Management/implementation experience of concurrent projects • Well organised, able to prioritise and influence • Ability to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Methodical, detailed approach with good documentation skills • Familiar with software development and implementation life cycle • Ideally educated to degree level with experience of a Prince 2 environment (preferably accredited). THE ROLE The Project Manager will work closely with the Implementation team and have extensive contact with clients, third parties and internal staff. • Planning, scheduling and managing the delivery of multiple Temporary Workforce Software Solutions within agreed timescales • Organise and manage internal resource and manage stakeholder relationships • Take responsibility for the implementation life cycle • Analyse and document business requirements and processes • User training and product demonstrations • The role will involve some travel to client site and therefore you should possess a full UK driving licence.
