Be one of the first ten applicants Our client is a well established legal services provider is looking to recruit a Graduate Recruitment and Pupillage Administrator on permanent basis. This stand alone role incorporates the administration of graduate recruitment together with the administration of pupillage through their year of training. The role is split into 2 half's - external pupillage liaison and internal pupillage liaison. Main duties: Maintaining internal application registers, collating applications for consideration by Pupillage Committee and corresponding with applicants and referees. Arranging interviews for candidates and preparing interview papers. Allocate mini pupil candidates to supervisors, coordinate meetings, interviews and mini pupillages with other staff and members. Maintenance of Equality and Diversity data and preparation of internal annual reports. Booking of law fairs - which includes arranging pick up and delivery of materials to an agreed schedule, updating and producing literature for the fairs, and representing the company and attending events as and when required. Establishing and maintaining links with universities and outreach organisations, including arranging student visits and talks for students (both internal and external). Publications: ensuring companies entry in various publications is up to date and matches with the companies website information. Arranging (in conjunction with the marketing department) reception for new pupils and their induction week. This role will also involve assisting marketing department at busy times on an ad hoc basis with events organisation and preparation of documentation for the legal directories. This is a Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm, permanent role. Private healthcare plan is also available upon successful completion of probation period.
