We are currently looking for an experienced Recruiter who has a proven billing history to join our Recruiter Team. You will based in our Sidcup office which is located 2 mins walk from the train station which provides 20 mins direct links to London. This role will involve both client and candidate interaction, therefore you will need to be an excellent relationship builder, with the ability to identify and follow up on business leads. The successful candidate will be offering all our services to clients which includes Recruitment, Apprenticeship and Training offerings. You will require strong communication skills and be capable of sourcing candidates through executive search methods as well as thorough networking and job boards and continuously generate candidates through use of social and professional networks. It is essential that you have outstanding personal management skills and can utilise your time efficiently. As a Recruiter, you must strive to meet and exceed targets; you must be driven and applied to the task at hand.
