Medacs Healthcare are looking for a 360 Recruiter to join our fantastic team based in Stockport/Poynton. The ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of the demands of Recruitment whilst constantly providing excellent customer service. If this is you, we would love to hear from you! Our Recruiter role covers screening of candidates and perform face to face interviews to ensure the successful applicant meets with company policies and procedures, and RTW applicants are compliant to the Care Act 2015 and National Care Standards 2000. Responsibilities: To ensure all candidates/applicants are greeted in a professional timely manner To pre-screen and interview potential candidates To ensure that staff retention levels are monitored and actioned To have a proactive approach to marketing and advertising job vacancies To check, apply and monitor all DBS checks To check/verify passports/visas/birth certificates documents in line with immigration procedures and company policies and procedures To check/verify any gaps in work history and apply for references, ensuring prompt return To ensure all applicants have completed company induction training programme To carry out recruitment open days e.g. colleges/job centres to attract potential candidates to the care workforce To maintain and update homecare recruitment tracker on daily basis Have regular team meetings with team leaders and manager to discuss candidate flow/recruitment requirements To undertake any training which is appropriate and deemed necessary to the job in order to enhance skills and service delivery To understand and comply fully to all company policies and procedures To carry out any other tasks that may evolve with the roleTo be successful in the role you will: To have the ability to work under pressure Achievement of agreed targets set on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly or yearly basis To be compliant with equality and diversity during the interview Accurate management information to enable analysis of care worker pipeline Free flow of candidates from registration to first placement Why work for Medacs Healthcare? 25 days annual leave (in addition to 8 bank holidays), as we value work/life balance A professional but fun and sociable team environment Car allowance and paid mileage Company mobile and laptop EAP Service - we will provide you access to an industry leading Employee Assistance Programme, so if you're ever in a time of need, someone will always be there Ongoing mentoring and training opportunities both face-to-face and through our e-learning system A clear and achievable path for career progression to enable you to reach your full potential Life assurance cover Employee referral/refer-a-friend scheme Cycle to work scheme Company pension schemeAt Medacs Healthcare, we take your safety seriously.
