Job Description

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a HR Recruiter to join the team at Springfield Home Care! Based in our Knaresborough Office, you`ll be responsible for leading and driving the recruitment of care staff for our Knaresborough and York sites. Main Duties will include - • Liaising with the Manager to determine ongoing recruitment needs • Drafting job adverts ensuring that all advertisements are compliant with employment legislation. • Advertising positions via most appropriate method including the continuous review of the success of recruitment methods • Researching and recommending new sources to attract candidates • Building strong networks with external organisations such as local Universities, Colleges, and government employment initiatives to promote the company and available opportunities • Sourcing and attending careers fairs to promote the organisation and build networking contacts • Filtering of applications, undertaking telephone screening processes and organising interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Interviewing suitable candidates including the completion of pre- employment tests • Completion of all necessary documentation for the recruitment offer pack including offer letter, contract of employment, DBS application etc. • Ensuring all necessary checks and documentation is returned and completed prior to the employee starting work • Arranging the induction of all new Care Workers and undertaking carer journey documentation to ensure support and feedback for new staff • Production of weekly HR information relating to recruitment pipeline and turnover This is a great opportunity if you have a background in administration or HR, have a good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, and interested in developing a career in HR/Recruiting. You`ll need to be a competent user of Microsoft Office, highly organised and able to meet deadlines and staffing targets
