Medacs Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic recruiter to join their busy office in Croydon. This branch specialises in domiciliary care and has contracts across the Greater London area. Your duties will include: To ensure all candidates are greeted in a professional timely manner Prescreen and interview potential candidates To ensure that staff retention levels are monitored and actioned, have a proactive approach to marketing and advertising job vacancies. To undertake any training which is appropriate and deemed necessary to the job in order to enhance skills and service delivery To understand and comply fully to all company policies and procedures.
