Location: HalifaxSalary: £16000-£20000Description: Our Client provides home care services for elderly/dementia patients who are being cared for in their own homes.They are looking for an energetic and passionate Recruiter to join their team .The Recruiter is expected to perform a variety of duties in the recruitment of CAREGivers. The Recruiter is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train and retain a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.The role will involve:* Answer each employment enquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner;* Interview and screen candidates in accordance with the Home Instead policy* Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within the community to include advertising, career fairs and sponsored events* Network out in the community to raise awareness about our vacancies* Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner* Create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to NI and PAYE documentation, and all other employment related documents* Assist with the matching process of selecting the most suited caregivers for our clients.* Maintain accurate records of applicants of their employment decisions.Person Specification: You will need recruitment experience, be IT proficient, a confident administrator and be a car driver
