Would you consider yourself an experienced Recruiter? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity that provides both challenges and rewards? Forest Homecare are seeking an experienced recruiter to recruit care assistants across Essex and Suffolk, as well as supporting internal recruitment opportunities when they arise. The successful applicant will follow the recruitment process from start to finish. Duties will include: - Utilising as many recruitment methods as possible to attract new staff - Using online recruitment methods such as job boards and social media - Managing and updating job adverts to ensure the best possible exposure - Working with recruitment agencies and the local job centres - Attending job fairs and other recruitment marketing initiatives as required - Reviewing applications and conducting telephone, face to face and Skype interviews - Liaising with the Managing Director, Office Managers and Care Co-ordinators regarding recruitment needs - Completing associated administrative tasks such as references, filing, data input, etc - Liaising with the payroll department with regard to starters and leavers Essential Requirements: - Experience of recruiting through online job boards and social media essential - Knowledge of high volume recruitment - Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure - Excellent communication and organisational skills - Excellent IT skills - Self motivated The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience working in a recruitment role and ideally have experience of international recruitment.
