We are a well-established and highly respected independent UK home care provider and are also part of an organisation devoted to providing the highest-quality care for older people in the comfort of their own homes. We offer a wide range of one-to-one services tailor made to the needs of our customers who aim to be ‘THE’ quality provider of home care in the community of where we are based. Due to the evolution of our business we have created a new senior position and are looking to appoint a bright and enthusiastic Recruiter who will join our friendly team and develop their career, as well as support the growth of our company. Based at our office based in Devon, the Recruiter will inherit full responsibility for a committed team of Staffing Coordinators, overseeing the recruitment/training processes for our care staff whilst working closely with the Director and operations department. At the heart of the business the Recruiter will attract and retain the right calibre of people to become part of our wonderful care team. The Recruiter will perform a variety of duties for the recruitment and engagement of care staff and to promote the role of both being a Support Worker, as well as the overall services of Company. Significant focus will be placed on your ability to be innovative in your approach to driving forward recruitment campaigns in line with specific requirements of the business as well as carrying out duties which will include: - Initial sourcing and recruitment of care workers (and other positions as required) - Interviewing and Selection - Referencing and DBS applications - Recruitment Administration - Networking/representing the Company. Previous exposure of working within a social care setting in a recruitment capacity is necessary and you must be familiar with using Recruitment/staffing related IT systems and be competent using word/excel & PowerPoint. You must be able to work under pressure and possess thorough knowledge of recruitment procedures and basic employment law.
