Role Summary Organised, enthusiastic individual with exceptional attention to detail to join the Resourcing Team to oversee and undertake all recruitment requirements for the business. This role is cross functional and forms part of a larger operational support team, with responsibilities that include placing adverts for roles on job boards, direct sourcing of candidates, relationship building with agencies. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the point of entry into the business for any Associate that might join the Group * Source candidates to join the Associate model * Ensure that the resourcing CRM and Salesforce is appropriately completed, accurate and constantly updated from a Resourcing perspective * Undertake and manage all required CV formatting and creation for stakeholders both internally and externally * Proactively support the Resource team across the business to ensure that the administrative activity to support their efforts has been completed * Work with admin to ensure on boarding of new engineers is processed smoothly. * Perform background checks on candidates including: Passport, Visa, DBS and other clearance and qualifications that might be required * Ensure that the Group Portals as up to date and maintained appropriately. * Communicate with stakeholders and become involved in recruitment projects and liaise with Talent Services Manager to ensure that they have a constant flow of candidates. * Undertake any other activities requested by Management. * Develop and implement process improvement; resulting in standardisation and improved sales and cross-functional process and results * Supporting the wider Sales Operation team in – procurement, scheduling and bid co-ordination Essential Skills and Experience * Proficient with MS Office Suite with intermediate level Excel * Exceptional attention to detail * Problem solving * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Expertise in working with cross-functional teams (especially Sales, Finance, Legal, Services, and customer support * Ability to take and use initiative * Working knowledge of a CRM database (Salesforce preferred) * Ability to multitask, stay flexible and prioritise accordingly in a dynamic environment * Proven ability to successfully manage projects within agreed timescales and deadlines * Flexibility and engagement with the business to action to produce results * Customer focused Desirable Skills and Experience * Channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment is desirable * Experience in the delivery of tender and proposal processes * Demonstrable track record in the definition and implementation of formal, structured sales and proposal processes * Experience leading change. * Project Management experience: Prince2 and/or ITIL Response Personnel, an independently owned company and experts in recruitment since 1997.
