Job Description

Connuct is a successful and rapidly growing technology based APP that provides fully compliant care givers to care providers. We are recruiting for another recruiter to work alongside the existing team. Reporting to the Operational Director as a successful recruiter you should be able to identify and attract suitable candidates using various sources such as social media networks, job board advertising and employee referrals, combined with experience of screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities * Adheres to an overall recruitment strategy. * Establishes recruiting requirements by studying growth and retention plans and objectives as discussed with line manager. * Constantly review the days to hire and make recommendations to shorten the process. * Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc * Screen candidates resumes and applications. * Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process * Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” * Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits * Attract applicants by preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc * On board new employees for them to become fully complaint. * Keeping up to date to avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Account Management – * Regular contact with assigned clients to ensure service meets their needs * Update client 48 / 24 hrs in advance of any unallocated shifts * Quarterly service review either in person or on phone with assigned clients Requirements * Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) * Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews structured, competency-based, * Hands on experience with various selection processes phone interviewing, reference check etc * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong decision-making skills All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence Sanjay Kava
