Job Description

One of the world’s leading technology companies is looking for a Recruiter to join their team on a 12 month temporary assignment. The successful candidate will working in the People Services team to provide and amazing experience to past, present and future employees. You will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at this company. You must be driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You must also be comfortable with numbers and have a strong ability to draw insights from analytics to make the hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient. Responsibilities: * Partnering with business and marketing client groups across EMEA; consulting with stakeholders and leading their hiring strategy * Sourcing and attracting candidates across EMEA through networking, sourcing, direct approach, referrals, university relations, etc. * Developing market expertise and lead industry mapping and passive candidate engagement for strategic hires for our core marketing business in EMEA * Managing candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer acceptance/declines. * Improving the candidate, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience. Following-up with clients to confirm that staffing plans and candidate needs are met Preferred Skills and Experience: * Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management experience * High volume hiring * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to deal with high volume workload and juggle multiple priorities If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
