Recruiter – 3 month contract, immediate start Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre – Remuneration Negotiable Being an established, successful nursing and healthcare agency, we are hungry to grow our business still further. As part of this process we need to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record. The successful candidate must have a good working knowledge of social media, job boards, councils, colleges and job centres and be proactive in looking for opportunities to source new candidates. They will be responsible for carrying out interviews in a professional manner and must back this up with strict compliance paperwork. We are looking for a strong team player who will take ownership of the role and: * has well-developed professional, interpersonal and communicative skills * is results oriented and client focused * able to provide examples of having worked on their own initiative and in teams in the past * capable of exercising a high degree of attention to detail and delegated responsibility * has good organisational, and technical skills relevant to the role with the ability to problem solve, and deliver work to a high standard and to tight deadlines Other key responsibilities of the role: * to liaise with the Bookings Resourcer * establish the type of candidate we need and be pro-active in placing accurate adverts to meet the needs of our customers. * use social media, visit local Councils, Colleges and contact Job centres to source new candidates * establish that an applicant fulfils the relevant criteria for the role in line with company policy and filter out those who do not. * to be responsible for the compiling and collating of statistics for the Company, including logging number and source of applicants, successful candidates etc * ensure that client and agency worker confidentiality is respected at all times * facilitate, observe and comply with company Policies and Procedures and Health and Safety regulations The Company offers an attractive salary (weekly pay) and benefits, including pension scheme and 28 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service. The role may become permanent, after the three months, for the right candidate and would include some staff co-ordination in the long term
