Salary: £19000- £20000 Medacs Health care, Home care are offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Home care Recruiter to work in our Leicester office with travel to Loughborough to conduct interviews. We're looking for ambitious candidates who are able to work in a fast-paced environment, recruiting home care workers for placements within the community. The ideal candidate will be able to develop new ideas and initiatives, working alongside the Branch Manager and the Head of Marketing. You would be encouraged to think of new approaches to driving engagement, minimising any drop-off at care worker interview and promote the values throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process. Role requirements: Excellent communication skills Outgoing, friendly and self-motivated approach Flexible working approach Organisational skills to be able to manage your own work load and diary To manage all aspects of recruitment including attraction, on boarding and retention To proactively look for new approaches to recruitment such as localised open days Liaise with key stakeholder within the community to identify opportunities of collaborative working - charities, universities, schools and colleges Interview and assess all candidates for suitability, values, culture and needs fit Perform all relevant background checks including obtaining identification, references, DBS and right to work Keeping all adverts, job boards and marketing materials up to date Maintain all recruitment processes, documents and trackers Achieve targeted recruitment figures as set To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives Looking at ways to raise our profile within the local area and attracting potential candidates to work for us.
