With Hays, you will progress through our 6-month training programme for Recruiters and where you will have the opportunity to be promoted regularly, with most reaching Senior Consultant level in two years. Due to market growth we are looking for exceptional individuals to join as a Recruiter. Your new role As a Recruiter in Cheltenham, you will manage the candidate and job process. Utilising your sales expertise, you will manage existing client relationships, source and liaise with candidates, advertise current roles and utilise our market leading database to successfully place candidates into the most suitable positions. Due to the high-performance culture at Hays, you will be required to meet monthly KPI's and targets and you will receive the full support of your Manager to ensure these are achieved. What you'll need to succeed You will be a determined and tenacious individual who is driven by success. It is important that you are ambitious, sales driven and will want to thrive in a corporate sales environment. You will have excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to deal credibly with your clients and candidates and have a thirst for knowledge to develop your expertise in your specialist area.
