Since then it has obtained financing worth more than 100 million euros from the best technological risk capital funds in Europe, becoming one of the most valued Spanish startups internationally with current revenues of over 400 million Euros per year. Behind our technology platform that employs tens of thousands of workers in great companies like Amazon, Uber, Santander and H&M, we have a team of 400 employees distributed in offices in the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Mexico and Colombia. What you will do: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing workers. * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our recruitment solutions according to clients’ needs. * Become an expert of Jobandtalent’s internal system and tools. * Running recruitment operations based on clients’ requests. * Get in touch with suitable candidates and arrange their recruitment. * Engage in face-to-face interviews, calls and group interview sessions. * Cross-functional collaboration with the Account Management team. * Achieve against a set of pre-agreed KPIs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
