Recruitment Consultant- Care Division 23-25k dependent on experience + commission structure 40 hours, Monday-Friday Aldershot Do you know your Care Assistant from your Care Home Manager? Is there nothing better than finding someone their perfect job and seeing them flourish? You will have worked in a Health and Social care environment. Not necessarily in recruitment but perhaps you will have worked in care home as a manager or care assistant yourself. You will be familiar with the qualities needed to be a care assistant and knowledgeable on compliancy standards within the social care sector. The role You will be managing our residential care desk, sending out support workers and filling bookings. You will be responsible for recruiting new care and support workers, registering them and putting them on the relevant training needed to become a great care assistant. You will have worked with a target structure and confident speaking to candidates and clients on the phone and retrieving those plus one vacancies. You will work hard to attract your own clients with additional roles from our sales team and long-standing clients. Where will I be working? You will be based in our lovely Aldershot branch, a small team of three, reporting to the Division Manager. We are a family run business who focus on helping you reach your best potential.
