Recruiter £18.5K to £22.5K + Bonus + Travel expenses Car Owner essential for this role We are seeking 8 people across various regions as follows:- East Midlands - based in Nottingham, however the role will also cover Derby and Northampton East Anglia - based in Harlow, but covering Essex, Hertfordshire, Thurrock and Southend-on-Sea North West - base in Huyton, Merseyside but covering Cheshire This is to work on the National Citizenship Service, which is a once in a lifetime opportunity open to 15, 16 and 17 year old across England. It is a unique programme mixing fun, discovery and challenge, designed to build confidence and prepare young people for their journey into adulthood. The programme aims to create:- A more cohesive society by mixing particular participants from very different backgrounds A more responsible society by supporting the transition into adulthood and the communication A more engaged society by enabling young people to work together to create social action projects in their local communities We are looking for some who has either a youth working background, ideally working with challenging youth, who display the character and soft sales skills necessary to be successful with this role or a solid sales background who want to work in this sector and make a positive difference, who really focus on engagement and have excellent soft skills and compassion as we can train up such sales people on the youth working side of things Candidates need to feel confident, be able to present to 300 students in a school assembly and also be able to engage and inspire young people one to one. Must be well organised and have integrity to manage their caseload while being out and out on the road in their region.
