Job Description

Working onsite with one of our prestigious Engineering clients, the Recruiter is pivotal in delivering an onsite recruitment solution for our client. You will manage the recruitment processes for our client and provide a standard of client service and recruitment advice on each recruitment transaction with the aim to find talented individuals to assist our client on their mission. Your focus will be: * Generating candidates directly using innovative sourcing methods (internet job advertising, search analytics, networking, referrals, client website, employee referral schemes etc...) * Driving candidate pipeline by using above innovative sourcing techniques * Managing all sourcing channels effectively to ensure an effective and professional recruitment process * Candidate management, ensuring a premium candidate experience * Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process * Effectively managing and utilizing our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting * Working closely with the overall team to ensure client Service level Agreements Strong recruitment experience is essential for this specialist onsite Recruiter role. Proven experience in engaging and advising senior stakeholders is also required for this onsite, client facing role.
