Recruiter (Sales) - Uxbridge What you become a part of The TA team are seeking a commercially and creatively minded individual to join us. The successful candidate will manage end to end recruitment activity for our Field Sales function. Reporting in to the Team Leader for Commercial recruitment you will be a vital part of our internal recruitment team within CCEP GB tasked with attracting and retaining diverse and high performing team players for our Commercial business. In order to effectively support your clients, the successful candidate will be tasked with focusing on building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient & engaging process, reduced costs and increase candidate quality. What to expect • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to clearly define the core accountabilities of each position and outline expectations for the recruitment process. • Undertake sourcing and selecting the best qualified candidate(s) for each position using a variety of direct sourcing methods such as Linkedin Recruiter and present these fully screened candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. • Coach and train Hiring Managers and other stakeholders on the recruitment process to drive consistent candidate selection methods for both internal and external applicants. • Manage expectations and communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the hiring process. • Focus on continuous improvement of TA activities, processes and methods in collaboration with the GB TA Senior Manager and the TA Senior Professionals. • Involvement in a wide range of projects aimed at refining and improving the recruitment experience for both hiring community and applicants. This position is an office based position (Uxbridge) but travel to our sites will be required on a frequent basis to make sure that you are available to meet with Hiring Managers, HRBP's and candidates as necessary. You will be driven and like to take accountability for projects and contribute effectively to the wider team. The rapid pace of work, in a constantly evolving complex business, mean that the ability to be agile, to work under pressure, to manage expectations and to deliver under tight timescales are crucial.
