Recruitment Consultant, Lead Consultant and Principal Consultant • Ideally skilled within a full 360 role • Experience within either Construction, Built environment, M & E or Renewable energy • Total awareness of CRM systems • Ability to be a leader • Team player • Organised • 1-5 years plus experience The role • By the company having more that one role, the most important factor is loyalty. Being part of the bigger picture. • For the experienced 5 years + we hope that to some extent it would be the “Hit the ground running “scenario, obviously with a little time to adjust into your new environment. • The less experienced will get one to one training and all the help that the company can offer to reach their mutual goals. • No silly KPI’s just a target, how you get to reach the target is up to you • Your colleagues know you as someone who takes the lead and persuades and motivates others.
