Job Description

The Hiring Heroes are a brand new recruitment set up, breaking away from the conventional recruitment mould of KPI's, micro management, phone stats and capping of bonuses. We operate a policy of putting our clients first, while creating a friendly office environment! We are currently looking for someone who wants to be part of a brand new set up, starting with a blank canvas and helping us build for the future. We want to speak to someone with the following experience/qualities :- * Customer Service (face to face and over the phone). * Sales (again not heavily monitored or KPI'd). * Comfortable using a computer e.g. microsoft office/outlook and social media. * Uses initiative and has self motivation. * A people person who can communicate with people on all levels. * Good at expressing idea's e.g. marketing, enhancing the business growth. * Someone who wants to earn money for the life they want. This really is a unique opportunity for somebody who wants to be a part of a brand new set up where it is entirely down to the individual how much they want to earn (this role is purely commission based), hence why we need a self starter with initiative and drive as the right person will be a business partner. All recruitment training will be provided so the person doesn't have to have recruitment experience, just the right attitude to learn and develop. The hours for this role are 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish Friday usually 3:30pm/4:00pm, we do offer a good work life balance, that being said I am more than flexible and happy to accommodate. Ideally a car driver would be best however, we are on a public transport route from Wakefield, Horbury, Ossett and Dewsbury.
