Job Description

Due to LAGAT College acquiring two new contracts to support unemployed adults into employment, we are seeking to recruit a Recruitment/Job Search Officer to work with Job Centre Plus, and other organisations, in order to recruit clients and help them into employment. Your role will also involve working with employers in order generate new business, in particular LEYY payers. If you are driven, motivated target orientated coupled with a passion to support people in to work, then this might be the perfect role for you! The ideal applicant will be someone who is motivated by results and thrives on the satisfaction gained by supporting people with their employment journey. Recruitment experience is advantageous for your application, but not essential. Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 mins lunch break Location: Office based - Lincoln Salary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience with performance related bonus To apply please email your CV and salary expectations to Sadie.
