SK Consultancy Solutions are currently expanding and seeking to appoint a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to the team based within a 10 minute walk from Reading Town centre and BR station. -        The Recruiter/senior recruiter must have recruitment experience at the very least of 1-2 years minimum with a proven track record of generating sales/placements. -        We would also be interested in speaking to any experienced Recruitment billers with a client base and strong track record and the salaries would be offered according to experience. Your key responsibilities, will include-: Sourcing:  Day to day proactive researching to reach recruitment targets by identifying potential candidates to match to live existing client vacancies. Utilization of existing company database, Internet Job Boards, name gathering/referrals and headhunting to source appropriate candidates. Utilising professional internet networks such as LinkedIn, Xing to identify suitable candidates. Placing and administering advertising activities on the job boards. Database management  Take ownership and cross check potential candidates with the database Register new candidates into the company database Create and call through database searches to match against current requirements Ensure that the database and documentation are up to date, complete and maintained. Administration: Write up candidate coversheets to meet the clients expectations Coordinate and set up all interviews with candidates Negotiate contracts/terms of business Negotiate offers from clients Close candidates on suitable offers New Business Development: Be proactive in generating leads for business development Develop business with prospective customers and sending company presentation. Negotiate competitive terms of business Contribute to the companies strategies in terms of business development initiatives Account Management: Once new clients are won, the Recruiter would usually manage the client relationship. Managing delivery of quality assurance to customers. Take responsibility for obtaining colleagues buy-in and assistance where required Essential Minimum of 2 years proven recruitment experience with a proven track record of achieving performance targets. Tenacious and target orientated and organized in approach Strong communicator and professional consultative approach Highly Advantageous Prior experience in working with online job boards (Xing, LinkedIn) A solid understanding of the consulting and IT / SAP modules and industry Prior knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and attraction and selection techniques. Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently, flexibly and under pressure.
