Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a linguist recruiter. As a linguist recruiter it is your responsibility to fulfill all our clients’ needs and requests whilst operating within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and building strong relationships with our stakeholders and members of the linguist community. The role is full-time, from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 9pm or 9am to 6pm and will involve meeting all linguist recruitment requests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and develop a comprehensive database of linguists to help improve our gross margins, quality of service and delivery of service, Work closely with linguists, resolving any queries and problems and implementing changes to make future working practices more profitable and productive. Deliver recruitment campaigns that are in line with Language Empire’s business objectives . Respond promptly to any social media or feedback from linguists. Work with our current and prospective linguists according to our current policies and processes. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Min 2 years telephony experience Min 1 years experience in office administration HR / Recruitment related experience (desired but not essential). Ability meet daily targets Excellent computer literacy skills Ability to communicate well and work as part of a team Enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking Ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and excellent telephone skills Enthusiasm for learning and improving skills REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS MA / BA / HND degree or postgraduate qualification in one of the following: HR management, Business with languages, Business or management, Psychology, Social administration A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification Level 3+ or studying towards (desired but not essential).
