Harrison Sands have a brand-new client on the outskirts of Leeds (near The White Rose centre) looking for a candidate to join the current team of 5 (Including the founder and Branch Manager) This is a small independent boutique agency full of knowledge with a fun but professional environment. This role would be to join an existing team on a warm desk looking to grow within the HR/Finance and Accountancy/Legal sector. They are a close-knit team who all get on very well. Although this desk is warm (because they have a solid client base) you will be expected to grow the desk and develop new business. What are they looking for in a candidate? 6 months + experience in recruitment Ideally experience in Commercial, HR, Finance and Accountancy or Legal recruitment but not essential (Or a sector that is easily transferable) Ambitious, Driven and Intelligent Able to do Business Development, identify leads etc… Understand the whole 360 processWhat can they offer you? An established recruitment firm with a reputable brand Up to £30,000 basic + commission (depending on experience) 4-day week with either a Friday or a Monday off!!! Monday - Thursday 8-6:30pm Training/progression scheme 15% commission earned Build a team around you Free parking
