Job Description

The role

To identify the top 20% of candidates in our chosen markets, to present for current and future job opportunities with BeecherMadden clients.

  • Managing the relationship with 4 key clients to BeecherMadden
  • Ensuring all candidates are moved through the recruitment process promptly
  • Regularly meeting with contacts from the accounts, to ensure we understand future recruitment needs
  • Presenting suitable candidates to BeecherMadden key accounts
  • Headhunting potential candidates
  • Utilising traditional and innovative search methods to reach potential candidates, including advertising and social media
  • Attending industry events, to meet potential candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process, to acceptance of job offers
  • Hitting weekly activity targets, to ensure financial targets are met
  • Identifying job leads, to be passed to the client team
  • Work in line with the BeecherMadden values
  • Working as part of a team, to ensure delivery to all BeecherMadden clients



Experience and skills required

  • Sales or customer focussed experience
  • Recruitment experience desirable
  • Worked within a corporate environment
  • IT competent
  • Degree educated desirable
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Sales skills, with an ability to hit targets
  • Relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Driven by personal and team success
  • Desire to progress and be a part of a growing, successful business
