Job Description

Mach Recruitment are looking for experienced Account Co-Ordinator to work with our team at our clients food manufacturing site in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Working full time hours, Perm Contract The Job Working 4 over 4  Your daily duties will include: Key duties: Resource and recruitment of temporary workers Shift check ins and reporting Issuing & authorising holiday forms Accurate entry of hours into time management systems Induction of temporary workers Compiling recruitment statistics into KPI reports Weekly Payroll Administration Recording of overtime/ shifts / holiday entitlement Following up clocking issues and unauthorised absences Daily performance & non-conformance administration Liaising with workers and managers on the shop floor resolving issues Building and maintaining good relationship with client and staff Adhoc office duties as required Updating internal systems to include: Rota Attendance/Punctuality Availability The Candidate We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: As a coordinator you will be at the forefront of our business providing an immediate response to our clients and worker’s needs.
