Client Account Manager ABS Commercial are a professional services business who work across Utilities, Highways, Rail and Power. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to add to our team to manage some of our clients. We recruit across several sectors including Commercial and QS resource and Operation Support Staff. Some of our roles include: Quantity Surveyors to Commercial Directors , Project Managers, Operations Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Planning Managers etc. As an Account Manager you will be in charge of managing a portfolio of clients, building long term relationships. Your goal is to retain clients, growing the business year on year while managing process and client KPIs. Key Responsibilities Mobilise contracts and make sure systems and processes are in place to effectively deliver our service Provide training to decision makers on IT Systems / Portals to manage vacancies Build relationships with Key contacts and Hiring Managers Create an effective process map to effectively manage the account and deliver an exceptional service Work with your Recruitment Resourcer to identify relevant candidates to fill vacancies Quality check candidates against job descriptions and client requirements Manage the client Portal for vacancies and make sure we have all the relevant information for each role. Manage the flow of candidates and jobs coming through the portal. Make sure an effective process and timelines are IN place for each role and all the Hiring Managers in the process are engaged Liaise with Key contacts to make sure ABS get 100% of all relevant vacancies Effectively manage the account delivering against the clients expectations Cross sell other ABS brands where needed Manage clients KPIs and attend regular review meetingsThe ideal candidate will have Recruitment experience Experience in mobilising new contracts Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills Experience building relationships and managing key accounts Client-Focused Solutions Experience.What you can expect from us: £30,000 - £40,000 base salary Car allowance Commission scheme based on NOP for the account. 25 days holiday (bank holidays additional to this)
