The role of a Recruitment Account Manager * This is a Non cold calling environment * Dealing with key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process in order to identify the right IT talent for each individual client’s needs. * Driving forward recruitment campaigns * Organising on-site interviews for prospective candidates * You’ll be taking on account management responsibility and become involved in helping clients plan and execute really smart strategies in the acquisition and retention of the best people for their business.
