BardWood Support Services was established in 2015 as a recruitment company to the FM industry. This exciting opportunity has now arisen to join our team as a Senior Account Manager with a warm client base. Job objectives and responsibilities Responsibility for the operational performance of the allocated business in relation to overall targets set. Control overthe client base, encompassing the management of service delivery of contracts. Maintain control and utilisation of labourand other resources through effective management teams. The execution of the responsibilities, of the role, paying dueregard to the lawful and ethical standards involved. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Main duties * All clients are fully satisfied with the service provided * Ensure recruitment targets are met to achieve service delivery for all existing and new clients * Ensure performance indicators are constantly maintained and improved * All direct reports have a comprehensive knowledge of the Business Management System and work to the required standards * Ensure contracts are commissioned to agreed timeframe, standards and profitability * Liaise with sales team to identify new business opportunities * Develop and maintain key customer relationships * Maintain and promote the reputation of the company * Achieve annual and period profit targets * Efficient and effective deployment of employees with regard to client needs * All employees to receive relevant training for their role. All staff to receive induction & training * Manage support and develop all direct reporting managers within the business * Conduct and monitor performance reviews/appraisals of direct reports * Agree and support development plans following appraisal * Ensure that all staff comply with Statutory/Company requirements * Maintain / promote company vision and values * Assist in the development of the business strategy to deliver and maintain growth * In liaison with HR Manager ensure employee issues are dealt with according to Company Policy * All staff to work to the Quality Procedures and to the recognised Industry standards * Support the business as required by the Commercial Director * Support the company with any projects as required * Support with the on call (out of hours) rotation Previous experience is essential Please apply today for an immediate interview
