Recruitment Administrator Walsall £16,500 per annum We have an urgent vacancy with our client an established and rapidly growing Care Company who operate across multiple sites. This position is based in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting role for professional and hard worker to join their in house recruitment team. Duties and Responsibilities: Working in a faced paced environment managing the recruitment process from start to finish Onboarding and registering new candidates Advertising vacancies using various job boards Monitoring applicants and speaking to prospective candidates Arranging interviews and providing feedback post interview Checking candidate documents and chasing ex employer references Confirming start dates and ensuring DBS checks and right to work checks are complete The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, ideally with some recruitment experience however this is not essential You will have good attention to detail and communication skills and will be highly organised.
