We are recruiting for a full time permanent Recruitment Administrator to join our Teaching department. This role is aimed at providing consistent support to the office whilst maintaining excellent attendance and timekeeping. Rotherwood Recruitment have been established for over forty years and the Rotherwood Teachers department are celebrating over eleven successful years. The role includes the following; * Inputting school bookings and pay rates onto our brand new system in preparation for our Accounts department * Auditing teachers paperwork ensuring all compliance is in line with the REC regulations. * Maintaining client files. *Processing DBS Police checks. *Documenting detailed cv’s and being confident to gain all relevant information from candidates. *Supporting consultants and the business manager filling day to day bookings. * Obtaining references within specific timescales. *Taking general enquiries and completing any adhoc duties within the office. * Providing support to Recruitment Consultants by completing teachers registrations when required. This list may not be exhaustive but covers all the main areas of the role. Essential * Strong communication skills * Strong attention to detail and experience within a payroll would be desirable but not essential. * A minimum of A-C GSCE qualifications in English and Maths. * Strong organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines. * Ability to commit to taking annual leave during school holidays and work the hours of 7:30-16:30 In return we offer; * A competitive salary. * Upon on completion of your probation period entitlement to a quarterly bonus (subject to business targets.) * 23 days holidays plus bank holidays * Free car parking * Free Sovereign Health Care upon completion of your probation period. * Full support and training in all aspects of the role.
