Role: Recruitment Administrator – Temp Salary: Up to £22,000 depending on experience Location: WA14, Altrincham Who are we?  The McGoff Group is a multi-faceted collection of award-winning, like-minded businesses, whose primary aim is to remove the speculation associated with development. We are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract, to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will report into the Organisational Development Manager and be the sole support for multiple divisions. You will manage the recruitment administrative process, engage with potential candidates and work with Senior Management/Directors to secure the best talent on the market. The Role: Work independently to manage recruitment activity across our Construction, Fit Out, Facilities and Childcare division, as required Construct adverts and list on relevant job boards via our Applicant Tracking System (EasyWeb). Liaise with the Communications Officer for external social media posts Pre-screen candidates via telephone interviews Contact candidates to arrange interview. Liaise with Business Administration team to ensure times/dates/locations, are booked and logged correctly Manage the offer process; generate offer letters and agree start dates Manage the rejection process; obtain feedback from hiring manager and deliver to candidates Liaise with HR to ensure all pre-employment checks are carried out and all relevant candidate information has been passed over for the new starter induction Maintain ATS and ensure it is kept up to date with recruiter/candidate/hiring manager notes Undertake all general recruitment administration Assist with quarterly KPI reports  Uphold McGoff all company policies, specifically the Recruitment policy and our stance on agency useSkills and experience required:  Previous experience within recruitment or resourcing is essential Experience recruiting within the Construction industry would be beneficial though not essential Understanding of internal recruitment processes, as opposed to agency processes, would be advantageous Driven and motivated with the ability to work independently  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise a heavy workload Professional, personable and confident when dealing with Candidates Able to use initiative and think outside the boxWorking for McGoff Group: 6% Employer Workplace Pension  25 days holiday + Statutory  Holiday ‘Buy Back’ scheme + bonus birthday holiday  Healthcare Scheme  McG VIP Discount Scheme
