Job Description

What to expect: Taking initial telephone calls and responding to agency enquiries Dealing with all enquiries with a friendly, informed response Responding in a timely and business-like manner Managing systems for following up enquiries Processing applications, including managing checks & references. Maintaining an active role in social media campaigns, promoting service Developing, preparing and sending out information packs. Managing the administrative tasks for the initial preparation training Working closely with colleagues to prepare management information by monitoring enquiries, responses and outcomes. Filing of information and archive material Contributing to the setting up and improvement of administrative systems Liaising with colleagues to ensure that systems are implemented consistently Visiting all offices to meet up with staff and foster carersPerson specification: Minimum of 5 GCSE's including English Language and Mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent) Excellent IT skills, including spread sheet & database Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner The ability to learn and keep up to date with detailed information Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines Resilient, self sufficient and enthusiastic Ability to write clear, concise reports and maintain written records Confident in using social media such as Facebook, Twitter and other media Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, which will include eveningsThis role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, you must hold a current full driving licence Working hours for this role: Monday 9am-3pm (Office based) followed by 5pm-7pm (home based) Tuesday 9am-5pm (Office based) Wednesday 9am-3pm (Office based) followed by 5pm-7pm (home based) Thursday 9am-5pm (Office based) Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm (office based) followed by 5pm- 7pm (home based) These hours are not subject to change Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
