HR Recruitment Coordinator, Slough: Leading Healthcare business looking for a Recruitment Administrator to work in their Slough office, supporting their care homes throughout England and Wales to process candidates through from application to on-boarding Client Details HR Recruitment Coordinator, Slough: A market leading Care Business that provides Healthcare for adults and children. This a commercially run not-for-profit organisation that have grown rapidly. Excellent/ very modern offices very close to key rail station but with limited parking! Description HR Recruitment Coordinator, Slough: The duties will include the following CV Searching for a variety of roles Build a candidate talent bank centrally Calling candidates for information and to brief them on vacancies Shortlisting and telephone interviewing Arranging interviews for hiring managers Answering recruitment departmental calls and directing accordingly Dealing with candidate application and email queries Dealing with in-house recruitment system IT queries Update and maintain the in-house recruitment system Communicating with the business on the progress of their vacancies Talking to external recruitment agencies, assisting with information and directing calls Being involved in all aspects of the preparation, selection and attendance of assessment centres Maintaining and managing the employee referral scheme Preparing and creating reports on direct hire success and referralsProfile You will have the following: The Ideal candidate will need previous experience in recruitment administration preferably in a not-for-profit or healthcare setting with a good understanding of safer recruitment principles. As this is a fast paced role, accuracy and attention to detail is paramount as well as excellent IT and customer service skills. You'll need a tenacious approach to follow up recruitment checks and the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising your own workload and meeting deadlines.
