The role; to provide effective admin coordination support to the recruitment team that looks after (Apply online only) plus vacancies at any one time. The post holder will have experience within high volume recruitment experience or similar (an environment that is ever changing/ high volume where organisation skills are a must). This is predominately focused on the blue-collar/ high volume roles such as; drivers, engineers, managers and mechanics etc Duties include; Admin coordination support for recruitment of blue-collar workers (arranging/ attending assessment centres, interviews, administration etc) Assist with volume recruitment - administering the hiring process including: scheduling interviews, application pre-screening, submitting background checks, completing reference checks and making hiring offers. Recruitment admin such as uploading high volumes of candidate information / producing recruitment reports We are looking for someone who has these existing skills Proven organisational skills gained from an ever-changing / demanding environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment Great people skills/ relationship builder Strong admin skills including use of databases and Excel Able to work in a process driven environment This is a very busy, ‘hands on role’.
