TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE, PLEASE CALL US ON (phone number removed) The role of a Recruitment Administrator will be to support the principal Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers with certain tasks. Working across a number of industries, sourcing candidates for a wide reality of roles across the UK, no two days will be the same. Duties and responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator will include but are not limited to: · Write and produce job specifications and adverts · Create marketing material to promote job roles through different mediums · Use job boards effectively and other tools to source candidates · Sort through CVs · Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies · Create shortlists of suitable candidates · Communicate effectively with potential candidates · Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, holidays etc · Register candidates who are looking for work · Complete first stage interviews via telephone or face to face · Handle compliance documents · Manage screening process for different roles · Arrange assessment centres or open days for job seekers · Be a regular contract for candidates · Maintain candidate database Skills and Experience needed to be successful in this position are: · Strong communications skills · Adaptive and Resourceful · Able to multi-task · Strong administration skills including Word and Excel · Creative and imaginative · Comfortable to work a busy office environment · Target motivated · Team player · Process driven · Knowledge and understanding of job boards Experience in recruitment or HR would be an advantage Salary dependant on experience With an opportunity to develop within the company this role is a great starting block for someone to learn new skills and/or further their career within the Recruitment industry
