About the role Recruitment Administrator earning £18,500 - £20,000 Full time position working 40 hours per weekAs a Recruitment Administrator for Agincare you will be responsible for supporting our Care Homes with the seamless onboarding of our candidates; including reference checks, DBS checks, booking training and overall working to enhance the entire candidate journey for external and internal candidates. A portion of your time will also be spent supporting with the recruitment of our Head Office positions by managing adverts, telephone screenings, and communicating with candidates. About you Being friendly, motivated and driven is key to success in this role. Let us know of any previous experience and understanding of an office environment, or recruitment backgrounds including good IT skills, ability to self-manage workload and accurate record keeping, as these are all desirable and relevant skills.
