If so, we have a Recruitment Administrator role that may just be of interest! Liberty HR are absolutely delighted to be partnering exclusively with this Client to gain a Recruitment Administrator for a 6-8 months fixed term contract, to start immediately. The salary is £18-20k FTE, depending upon experience. As an individual it is essential that you will have strong administrative experience, preferably within a HR function and come with a background in supporting internal and external customers. You will need to be both resilient and have a sunny disposition to deal with the amount of calls you will need to respond to and have a keen eye for detail to ensure the ATS is always keep up to date. You will be thorough, have excellent administrative skills and be familiar with working with systems, data and social media. Your main responsibilities will include; * Acting as the first point of contact for all customers * Liaise with Payroll to ensure starters and contract changes are accurate * Administer references and DBS checks * Ensure an accurate electronic filing system * Query resolution You will be part of a really friendly team and report into the Resourcing Manager. You will have the ability to work from home. The full-time hours are 9-5 or they could offer 8.30-4.30.
