This is is for an initial contract for up to 2 months with the potential to extend, based from our Huntingdon office. Would you like to gain experience within a fast paced and customer focused Recruitment Team? We have a great opportunity for you to be part of our team! Responsibilities: We are looking for a first class administrator to proactively have responsibility for administering contracts of employment for new starters / movers, obtaining pre-employment checks, scheduling and inviting candidates to interview and supporting the Resourcing Advisor's to attract talent. A key focus of this role is to ensure compliance with our recruitment process and liaising with important stakeholders, including candidates and Hiring Managers, to ensure we are offering an excellent level of customer service. Our goal is to continue and develop being an employer of choice and this is an important role that contributes to this. Requirements: We are looking for someone with a real passion for recruitment and are a genuine 'people person'. You will act as an important ambassador for us, being one of the first points of contact applicants have. Delivering great customer service will be an important focus for you as well as the ability to remain positive and focused within a busy and face paced environment. Being organised with excellent attention to detail, prioritising and strong communication skills are essential. Previous recruitment / HR experience is not essential but would be beneficial. Training will be provided. Proven experience of using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems is important.
